6.21am, Monday, 25 May 2005: Born by C-Section performed by cool, calm and collected obstetrician Simon Kelly. Spend first half day in incubator. Weigh 5.7 pounds, which is boss for my birth-date of 35 weeks. All readings 100% okay and all systems good to go. Note the cool red glowing red light on my right arm, which takes an infrared measure of my oxygen saturation.
